I'm a member of ENT-UK and want to express an interest in FPS-UK, but do not want a paid listing. What do I do?

We have altered the Response Form under the FOR SURGEONS tab so that you can fill it in to express an interest and be added to the mailing list.

Please click on the FOR SURGEONS above, then REQUEST A PROFILE. When you get to TYPE, select one of the free options and you will be added to the FPS membership database and receive the newsletters, but we will not create a profile for you and you will not be charged.

I'm a member of ENT-UK and want to have a profile on the site. What do I do?

Members of ENT-UK with an interest in Facial Plastic Surgery may apply to have a profile on the site. Benefits include having your own page at www.fpsuk.org, with all your NHS and private practice information readily available. There is the option of having a portrait photo, a link to your webpage, a response tab directly linked to you and a short description of your training and interests. You will also be receiving the future newsletters and have advance warning on upcoming courses in FPS.

There is an annual charge set by the committee to offset the cost of development and running the site. Once this is covered, the fees will be used towards promoting FPS related causes, such as courses and fellowships. The current fee is £100 on application payable via Joanna in the ENT-UK Office, and £100 will then be added to your annual ENT-UK subscription fee, collected each year in September/October.

I have filled in the response form but have not been added to the online list of members?

We have a seperate database of FPS members which is kept up to date for newsletters and emails. The online list of members will be updated every 6 months to allow consolidation with ENT-UK database, emails and web responses. Please allow some time, but if you are concerned, please get in touch with the ENT-UK office.
